We want you to be happy.
If our products do not meet your expectations, return it within 10 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price. Before returning any item, please call 972-384-4451 to request a return authorization (required for all approved returns, based upon qualification).
We ship all orders insured to guard against damage or loss.
Non-Damaged Items:
All non-damaged return items must be unused, have no signs of being worn, be in the original packaging and in a "new condition".
Damaged Items:
Damage that occurs during shipping needs to be reported within 24 hours of receipt. If the box appears to be damaged upon delivery, please tell the driver immediately. Defects in workmanship and material are either replaced or refunded (your choice) within 30 days of receipt.
There is no guarantee for items damaged due to misuse. Only items on our Web site specifically marked as "Functional" or "Battle–Ready" are meant to be used in any way other than for display only.
