Each of these medieval shields is made of 14 gauge blued steel and are available with either a hanging back-chain (perfect for interior decorating) or with two 1 1/2 inch genuine leather straps already attached so you can use it right out of the box. Made with the re-enactor in mind, these tough medieval shields should be easily approved as SCA quality. (Additional edge padding might be required by some SCA groups.)
