Avon Jupon Medieval Dress

The design for this Avon Jupon originated in Northern France, close to Belgium, in an area known as Flanders in the early 1500s.

Feast to your heart's content and still easily fit into this Medieval dress thanks to the lacing on each side of the bodice. Additional laces from the wrist to elbow provide a snug fit. The detachable sleeves can easily be interchanged with other colors in the same style to expand the look of your Medieval wardrobe.

This Avon Jupon is made of 100 percent cotton velveteen and fully lined in satin. The gown is designed to be warn with a chemise (the Classic Chemise is recommended), and the extra sleeve fabric of the chemise can be tucked into the top part of the gown's sleeves to make them fuller. (Like the Saya, the Avon Jupon cinches the waist and provides a lift for the bosom eliminating the need to wear a bra.) If you are looking for a fabulous Medieval dress, this is it!
