Authentics™ Medieval Weapons are designed after pieces acquired from a lone Metalschmeide (metal smith) who produces and repairs medieval weaponry for castles in Germany. His small, dirt floor workshop is deep in the mountains of Bavaria and he still uses the same techniques passed from generation to generation for over 500 years. Based upon pieces acquired from this shop, Authentics™ Medieval Weapons have been faithfully reproduced as fully functional historical weapons using many of the same techniques used to produce the originals.
