LARP Weapons (Battle-Ready Foam Swords)
Beat your opponent silly and never really hurt them! Reenactors in the LARP (Live Action Role Play) use incredibly designed foam weapons and foam swords to ensure safety while still being able to enjoy using historical weapons. Each of these foam swords is made of high quality cross-linked polyethylane with a hybrid rod core made of carbon-fiberglass. (This is the strongest core made.)

Super Durable LARP Weapons:
These are the most durable foam weapons we have found! The fiberglass core stops about an inch from the tip to provide extra flexibility and padding in the tip area, however, a unique feature of this sword is its ability to have the tip fold in upon itself (an added safety feature) instead of bending to the side like most other brands. As well, these are extremely puncture resistant, can be twisted about very hard without damage and are reliable at all temperatures (minus 30oC to over 100oC). Latex free (no allergen components). The exclusive polyurethane foam used provides durability and fatigue resistance against repeated blows during major battles. Even if the surface is cut, the foam remains strong and safe. The reinforcement is made of a matrix composite of fiberglass (nylon or Kevlar) polymer which prevent the perforation of the foam. No maintenance is required! And it is highly resistant to friction so you can use a leather scabbard.

Repairing LARP Weapons:
If your foam weapons become torn or punctured, we suggest using a latex based adhesive to glue the foam back together. After the adhesive has cured, use a latex based sealant to maintain the waterproofed aspect of foam weapons.

Note: Always consult with your LARP group regarding foam weapons rules before making a purchase. LARP weapons can last about 5 years with proper care before the foam degrades. Items over 35-inches ship at UPS oversized rates. Remember to wipe off the blade with a damp washcloth after use and dry the weapon.
