This Battle Ready Valiant sword is a beautiful early Medieval sword with a design based around Circa 1200. It features a carved solid hardwood grip provides a very secure hold and its fluted pommel balances it nicely. The guard is long for good protection from a sliding shield or weapon, and both are from antiqued brass for ease of care. Includes wood scabbard wrapped with leather and metal throat & tip. Probably carried by a wealthy noble, it is an effective example of beautifully crafted swords during this period.
