Damascus Medieval Sword

This is a stunning sword. Masterfully made of Damascus steel, the historic water markings on the blade are outstanding to behold. One of only a few Medieval Damascus blades available.
31 inch blade (sharp), 38 inches overall

Hand Forged and Folded, Full tang, 500 layers of EN45. Made of Damascus Steel, fully tempered, and has a Rockwell Hardness rating between 45-50.

Sword Cleaning Instructions Regular use of sword cleaning kits to maintain high carbon steel swords helps prevent deterioration.

Note: Only a few of these are completed each year. Although we try to keep them in stock, if the manufacturer is out at the time of your order, this item can have lead times of 9-12 months (or longer) due to the manufacturing processes. No scabbard, but a local leathersmith should be able to make a leather scabbard for you.
