Bone Grip Rapier
This Circa 1590 Renaissance sword is a good example of a Swept-Hilt Rapier. Notice the simple and slim design of this high-carbon steel rapier blade (properly tempered) and how closely it resembles swords used in The Renaissance. Swords like this are a rare find.
The guard has a steel three-ringed basket design and the decorative pommel adds just the right balance for the blade (fluted to compliment the nicely grooved bone grip). Overall rapier length is an impressive 44 inches.
A full length leather scabbard is included free of charge.
Sword Cleaning Instructions Regular use of sword cleaning kits to maintain high carbon steel rapier swords helps prevent deterioration.
